🐾A special post today,myself Luca and Reggie have hung up our walking boots and as of today are officially retired.There's very few people who get to make what they love what they do and dogwalking has been the best job in the world,i wouldnt trade a single day,even the wet ones.I have so many people to thank,apologies if its too long🐾
🐾Huge thanks to my fabulous dogparents who have trusted me with their wonderful dogs.Your support,kindness and friendship through the years means more to me than you will ever know.I have been so lucky to have the best group of dogs who all rubbed along together like a little family.They brought all the fun,the stars of the show every single day. My happy, loud, treat🐾 munching,muddy,crazy ramblers.The sunshine on a rainy day and i couldnt love them more if they were my own.I will miss them so much,there has been tears,lots of tears .
🐾To my fellow dogwalkers thank you for all the support and friendship. So many chats in a muddy field putting the world to right,i have no idea why we havent yet achieved world peace.Your the best bunch.🐾

🐾 I have been overwhelmed by all the lovely gifts and best wishes,thank you all its so very much appreciated.Alan and I are looking forward to the start of our new chapter together and that includes a lovely new addition to the family, baby Oliver our beautiful new Grandson.Lots of fun ahead❤️

🐾 Fun in the sun up the braes this morning.We were delighted to have Tedders back out today after he was feeling under the weather,he was over the moon to see us all and great to see him feeling better.Beau had even declared it was Spring and went for a paddle,she was dodging the big puddles yesterday.Lexi dug out her Ninja suit in the woods,sorry Mac she does enjoy an ambush.Ralph was still trying to convince Florence that he was boyfriend material, still some work to do there Ralph,back to the drawing board 🐾

🐾A muddy theme on our rambles today.On the plus side we dodged the rain.Lots of fun at Charlie's local field,big chases on the hill and a visit to the big puddle.Lexi surprised the boys by joining them for a paddle,she was really trying to steal a stick off them,she calls that her retrieve.Beau kept a safe distance and decided the best place for that big puddle was as a distant backdrop for a picture.Muddy walk number two was Brownside and i even needed a wash after that one.Dinah kept up her record for sticks attached to her while on her sniffari through the woods.A spot of squirrel hunting for good measure in the glen and a conversation persuading Nala that we werent going to the water was a challenge,the treats were definitely needed🐾

🐾 A lovely morning at Brownside today.The pool man had been very busy,Mac sends his thanks he particularly enjoyed his snorkelling.The ladettes were leading the charge even Beau was embracing her inner ladette,be afraid, be very afraid lads.They did however dial M for mud and it was on speed dial,the clean up at the van was definitely not met with the same enthusiasm as the walk 🐾

🐾 A rainy start to our last walk of the week this morning and it was blowin a hoolie up the braes.Lexi and Beau decided they would quite like a wee sit in protest in the van instead,they were very pleased when the rain went off just as we set off and quite enjoyed their windswept and interesting look.Ralph had his go faster hairdoo tested driven by his Mrs Cockapoo and it was given a pass.We finished off in the ferns for some more crazy fun before heading back and we stayed dry,yay.Have a lovely weekend everyone 🐾

🐾 Fun on the braes this morning,the died back ferns were a hit as usual,you can hide in them,dig them,roll,run and Lexis all time favourite a big ambush.Very versatile those ferns.Dinah had a dose of the celebration zoomies after be de twigged,no idea how she manages to collect so many.We also met Auntie Pat with Poppy and kindly lightened her load by scoffing her treats,she definitely is their favourite Auntie🐾

🐾 Monday madness at Brownside this morning.Lexi looked like she was on the energy drinks for breakfast and had had everyone enjoying some crazy time.Much fun was had.We ventured up the muddy slope and managed to stay upright,not an easy challenge for the two legged wellie wearing rambler 🐾

🐾A jolly to Brownside this morning for the ramblers.The ladettes teamed up and took everyone on a magical mystery tour of the next door field after a shimmy under the fence.Beau was much too busy sniffing and totally oblivious they had been off on a bender without her. Much crazy fun was had.The ladies who lunch joined Luca and Reggie for our second walk.Nalas turn for organising the entertainment,the little legs were well and truly travelling at speed,Nala does like her power walks.Not the cleanest end to our day but great fun 🐾

🐾A chilly morning up the braes,lets just forget the addition of the rain,ooft.Molly and Lexi were straight into a warm up session,those died back ferns were crying out for a rampage.We met our K9 first friends on the way round and Kara and big Baillie who were looking very snazzy in their suits. A trip to the woods,Dinah needed de-twigged after that excursion.Great fun despite the weather🐾

🐾Monday fun at Brownside this morning.We enjoyed some sunshine but the wind that joined it was a bit on the baltic side.Not a problem for the ramblers the exercise class was full and Lexi doesnt tolerate any slackers.We were marched round the field and through the woods,no chance of getting cold.
Dinah and Meg joined Luca and Reggie in the afternoon.We met Vito and Barney out with Jennifer and had a lovely catch up.All very pleased that her treat bag was as full as usual,not sure that was the case when she left us 🐾

🐾Fun in the sun this morning on the braes .New go faster hairdoos for Mac and Lexi and they were given a thorough test drive,passed will flying colours.Florence was very frisky this morning and Mirren enjoyed a chase,she wasnt sure about her efforts at hide and seek though.Ralph was everyones running buddy,even Beau wasnt left out,Mr social butterfly indeed.A lovely walk to end our week,have a lovely weekend everyone 🐾

🐾 Wet wet wet up the braes this morning,the pool man had been working overtime,Mac sends his compliments, he never missed a puddle.Ted was equally chuffed and loved the new jacuzzi.Dinah viewed that new addition from a safe spot and spent the morning hanging out with her gal pals who were soaking up the rain like sponges.On the plus side the braes were very quiet, always a silver lining 🐾

🐾Monday fun at Brownside this morning.Ted was test driving his new go faster hairdoo and its passed with flying colours.Much to everyones delight Lexi was still wearing her party pants from the weekend and she was the best fun in the big field,even Beau threw in a wee sprint.We had a Vip visit this afternoon.Uncle Jace who is Luca's brother came for a visit today.Dinah and Meg thought he was a lovely boy, another distinguished older collie gentleman to add to their friends list 🐾

🐾 Fun in the sun this morning up the braes.We had our social butterfly ears on and met our K9 first friends for a wee chat and then Cosmo the lovely wee sausage dog came and said hi,supercute. A stop off at the burn,Mac assures me the temperature was lovely but i think he was telling porkies.Big huge communal chase in the long grass to finish off, Beau stood down for that malarkey,very wise decision Beau all a bit crazy today .Have a lovely weekend everyone🐾

🐾Back in action today after two days with the lurgy,a lovely welcome back and we had some sunshine as an added bonus.I was definitely a bit slow uphill,you know your a snail when Beau's already waiting at the top for you.Lexi very kindly took on her role as entertainment manager to lighten the load,lots of fun arranged.We also had a lovely surprise and bumped into Florence with her Mum,much excitement.The ladies who lunch were a man down,Dinah was on a day off and she was definitely missed today by the girls,they love their Dinah chases.Nala took them on her power walk instead,the little legs have definitely had a workout 🐾

🐾 A jolly up the braes this morning,the gloves i was absolutely sure were in the van were definitely not, chilly sore fingers for me. We met Pat and lovely Poppy the greyhound. She has been awarded the title of new best friend. They have assured me that eating their body weight in gravy bones from Pat had nothing to do with her award, Im not so sure guys.Have a great weekend and stay safe tomorrow everyone,its looking like a very big hoolie🐾

🐾 A couple of foggy rambles today,all the better for Lexi, ambushes are so much better in poor visibilty.We ventured up the muddy hill and i managed to stay upright,very slippy fo the two legged one. Dinah had been saving her energy for the ladies who lunch and they all exploded in the afternoon, including Nala who was off on the solo zoomies having a ball.Still dry and im just ignoring the forecast for the rest of the week 🐾

🐾Good timing this morning and managed to get a dry walk with a bit of sunshine,yay.Dinah's paw was all better and she was in first place on those treat scatters.We had the company of some very persistant crows, Molly was chief bird scarer but they werent taking the hint,much too pretty to be scary Molly .Great fun on the hill,big chases for the ladettes, definitely giving the lads a run for their money today with a few Lexi below the belt moves thrown in . Definitely a fun Tuesday 🐾
