"My husband and I truly love it! We needed something reliable for rural areas and GPS alone simply wouldn't cut it, so we decided to purchase this tracker as it has both Radio and GPS.

It works like a charm! I'm not a tech person unlike my husband, yet they had detailed videos showing step by step how to set it up.

Even I could do it! My husband was very proud and impressed. The app is intuitive and easy to use. I had some trouble making our home station mobile, but just go to their website for troubleshooting videos and it'll works out!

They even send follow-up emails with tips in case you missed something. Overall, I really love the purchase. We're pleased with it's functionality and versatility."

Samy has been wearing his tracker for 3 years now. Every time I put it on after charging, he walks off proudly. It’s part of who he is.

For me, it’s a huge relief knowing where my wild, beloved cat is at any moment. After my previous cat was once locked in a garage for over a week, I knew I never wanted to go through that again.

"Kari didn’t come home, and we knew something was wrong 😿
Only one GPS signal had come through hours earlier, and even the radio was silent. Her sister Tilda seemed anxious too, pacing and meowing as if she knew.

We started searching, ringing neighbours' doorbells, scanning the map, using the radio tracker, and eventually traced the signal to a locked garden shed on a nearby property. The house was empty, but we managed to contact the owner, and they sent someone over


The moment the shed door opened, Kari bolted out and ran straight home. She was only 70 metres away, but without petTracer, we never would’ve found her." 😀

“My cat already loves the collar, he is super comfortable in it whether jumping or napping. Much different to the other trackers which are an extra weight to a non-ergonomic collar. "After a few too many overnight disappearances, we decided it was time to track Bobby’s patterns more closely. We invested in petTracer, the collar never bothered him which was great. and I’ve used it several times to find him when he stayed out too long always successfully.

But one morning in July, Bobby came home without the collar.

I panicked. But I emailed the support team and they helped us track the last GPS location. I set up the HomeStation and went searching.

The tracker had dropped off in one of Bobby’s favourite spots, a dense wooded area behind our house where GPS is patchy. But thanks to the Radio signal, I was able to get within range. I couldn’t see the collar at first, but I activated the beeper and heard it right away!

It had landed just over a fence in a neighbour’s garden. I retrieved it, and now Bobby’s reunited with his tracker and I can relax again knowing I’ll always know where he is."
