What a lovely end to my 6 day week.. puppy Lola. Bright as a button, she made me laugh as she yelled at Lotty-Roo so much I had to close the door. Think Lotty learnt a lot by it though.
Had super cute Daisy in this week. She has suffered from fur discolouration from a puppy, her mum has spent a fortune on her but it turns out NOT to be an allergy. To make up for her it, we turned her tail pink, I do not offer this as a service, it is a 1 off for this cute client.. love it, as did Daisy and her family. It will simply wash out when they get bored with it x It is a dog specific product.

Baby schnauzer aged 8 months gets her 1st grown up haircut. She was so brave but started to fall asleep so called it a day. Lovely little girl, started off so nervous was not sure she was even going to enter the salon, left full of beans and treats. A real pleasurable way to start the week.
Fully booked until Mid June. Also note I do take 10 days off in July for my birthday so please make sure you do book your appointments as you leave x

Been a while since we last saw Marley, he was sooo good x
We are truly devastated to hear that beautiful Ms Darcey very unexpectedly crossed over to rainbow bridge yesterday.
We are all so upset. I have groomed Darcey since she was a puppy. Her family felt like our family. Darcey was fun loving, smart, a lady and very well behaved on the table. She was as regular as clockwork. We find it hard to think we will not hear her cute little whooohoooo anymore.

Razzle has come a long way with his nail clipping. When I 1st took him on he would cry and pull away, this was not a quick fix. His mum brought him monthly, taking a bit at a time and starting to use the dremel. This was today. Very proud of him x It does not work for all dogs, but when you see a breakthrough it is just the best thing and makes a groomers day x

Beautiful Ms Winnie, who had her 1st professional groom at aged 2, she handled it perfectly, from dryer to nails.. rare to take it all on board at this age, but her Mumma clearly brushes her regularly.
We are going to try a few different styles on her, as Mumma is brave.. cannot wait ###xx

After an influx of new clients, having taken on a few from Barclay & Babs Dog Groomers plus friends with new rescues etc (Elsie a new star today, forgot to take photo doh!) We are filling up, please make sure you book your next appointment when you leave, as we are close to closing our books again until end of the year x
Beautiful Pom Girl needing a safe and ADULT only home. Please do NOT apply if you have children or regular children visiting, this little dog will not cope and it would be unfair to ask her too, when it is made plain she is not child friendly.
This is a Many Tears dog, in Foster locally. Ideal for an older person as long as she is catered for with walks.
Her Foster mum says of her "Tilly is a 5 year old blonde Pomeranian in foster in Worthing, who was an ex-breeding dog adopted from Many Tears and had to be returned due to the owners relocating overseas. She responds to commands, is housetrained, and very gentle. She is still very nervous, being used previously as a puppy-making machine, and therefore is still very timid of humans. Since being in foster care in Worthing with an experienced handler, she believes she will be best suited to an adult only home and with more than one confident and playful small dogs. Please apply at Many Tears Animal Rescue.
Lovely start to Easter. Got to groom the lovely Lucy who is bravely battling Cushings. Today we put bows in her hair to make her extra girly x

It has come to my attention that a newbie start-up groomer is contacting my clients by private messages, offering free grooms and baths! Sorry, but this did shock me. Dog grooming is a hard job and needs to be approached with skill, with love and care, not as a quick money-making scheme.
Thank you to those of you who alerted me. Every day is a school day, even if we do not want to learn stuff like!
