Did you know most of our treats can be cut into smaller pieces to suit your dog's needs? Dogs should always be supervised whilst eating, especially with chews, and if your dog is anything like Oscar, you may find yourself taking the last piece away to avoid the possibility of your dog trying to swallow a piece that is too big for them. Don't throw these treats away! You can use leftovers for other activities...
Dogs love to sniff, so brain games and enrichment activities can provide great health benefits for your dog, including mental stimulation, lowering stress levels and helping to tire your dog out without physically exhausting them.
I work from home most of time, so enrichment toys are a godsend. I usually opt for a snuffle mat to get Oscar's nose and brain working hard for his food, but you don't even need to use enrichment toys - you can hide treats around the garden (especially if your grass is long), use spare toilet roll tubes, a rolled up towel etc, you can really get creative and make it as
challenging as you can (think about different smells and textures for your dogs to work around) your dog will thank you for it! 🙌🏻

Our 100% natural smelt trainers haven't always been one of our best sellers, but they're flying off the shelves at the moment! Once you get past the appearance of whole fish, adding these types of treats to your dog's diet can be super beneficial to their health. Oscar had the very difficult task of sampling these smelt snacks, and has definitely given them a paws up 🐾
