Good day hope you and your family are save and well, Firstly I would like to thank you all for your continued support during these difficult times.
I just want to make you all aware that my suppliers recently sent me a letter informing me that they would have to raise their prices again due increased costs in materials, ingredients, fuel and delivery charges, this came as a shock really as they had only increased them in February 2022.
This is a large increase especially on certain ingredients such as Venison, Haddock, Tuna, Rabbit, Lamb and Duck.

On the last increase I only raised the prices slightly to remain as competitive as possible, unfortunately if I leave my current prices as they are I would be making quite a large loss.
The price increase will come in to effect from the 1st of July 2022

Below is the new price per recipe and bag size, I will still be doing free DPD Delivery which is currently £11 a £15kg box but I removed the current charge for extra boxes, so free delivery on all orders to anywhere in mainland UK (extra £12 charge for Highlands and Islands orders)

That’s why we are proud to say that our fresh meats are collected from farms and fisheries that our producer both knows and trusts.

The meats are collected in refrigerated wagons to ensure the freshness is maintained; before being tested to confirm they’re of the highest quality and finally sent to the kitchen to be gently cooked.

Gently cooking the meat – the only way.

We know that slow cooking meat at home ensures that you create the finest flavours and make the most digestible meals. That’s why our trusted producer follows exactly the same process for our pet food.

Taking the finest Salmon, or most scrumptious Duck, the meats are gently cooked to protect the proteins, enhance the flavour and keep in all the goodness. This ensures your pet is always able to digest the food and get access to all of its nutritional benefits.

Because of the way the meats are cooked, we are also able to take the tasty oils within the meats and use these as part of the ingredients on the outside of the final kibble, creating an irresistible tasting meal.

After cooking the meats, all the other tasty ingredients, including sweet potatoes and an array of superfoods, are then added. With each of the superfoods providing their own unique benefits, it’s a recipe created from the heart to provide the most wholesome, enjoyable and nutritiously beneficial meal time.

We also care about the environment

We know that the welfare of the animals and gentle cooking is really important. Still, we also know that caring for the environment when we produce the food is equally as important.

That’s why we have chosen a pet food producer that considers not just the local community but also the local ecology and, ultimately, our planet when they make our food.

They are working towards being completely carbon neutral and ensure they recycle all of their water on-site, as well as planting 20,000 trees in the last five years alone.

Happy New Year everyone

Hope you are all safe and well, it’s been a haul for everyone over the last few years, hopefully getting back to some normality. Firstly we would like to thank all our fantastic customers who have supported us throughout our last 6 years, we wouldn’t be here if it wasn’t for you all.

We have recently been given the price increases from February 2022 from our food supplier along with an increase for delivery as well from DPD.

We have always tried to keep our prices as low as possible and we have always offered free delivery for a single 15kg bag of food. For the last 4 years we haven’t changed the price we have absorbed the increase each year, with some recipes, also with the new customer 20% off first bag offer and other promotions we have actually been losing money.

We just can’t continue to trade this way, so with heavy heart we are going to have to raise our prices from 31st of January 2021 to reflect these increases.

£5.99 DPD delivery charge has increased to £9.05 and a maximum weight limit of 28kg per box, we are still however doing free delivery for the first bag but additional charge for extra bags as explained further below. We will be unable to offer the new customer discount or other promotional discounts due to these price increases.

We have never really been doing this business to make loads of money, we wanted our own 4 dogs on a really good quality dog food and at a fair price which is what we want for our customers.

From the 31st of January 2022 all flavours of our Grain free will be price at £49.99 for 15kg bags and £29.99 for 6kg bags, expect for our Venison recipes which will £54.99 for 15kg bags and £34.99 for 6kg bags, delivery will be free for the first bag and then £8 for each bag thereafter. 6kg bags free delivery for the first 4 bags and then £8 thereafter per box (4 x 6kg bags to a box)

Superfood will all be priced at £54.99 for 12kg bags with free delivery for the first two bags and then £8 thereafter per box (2 x 12kg bags to a box).

We feel that the new prices are fair and competitive with other dog food brands on the market and we hope you understand and keep supporting us with you custom and we wish you all the best for 2022
