Everyone who has a dog, on Sunday please hug your dog that little bit tighter. The senseless slaughter of so many beautiful dogs will begin that have no home or have been cruelly thrown out and abandoned.

No matter how you feel about XL Bully's they do not deserve this.

Working where I do I have met some cracking Bully's. Whilst on first impression yes their size can be intimidating, but once you actually interact and get to know them they are goofballs with fantastic personalties and love cuddles just like any other breed.

I am not looking forward to 2024 like I normally would have.

New legislation means that microchipping cats will now be a legal requirement 🥳

🐶 This legislation comes into force on the 10th June 2024 and will bring the law in line with pet dogs.

🐈‍⬛ Cats will need to be microchipped before the age of 20 weeks. As kittens usually go to their new homes before that age, it will be up to owners to make sure their new kitten is chipped, unlike puppies who must be chipped by the breeder.

It will hopefully mean many more lost pets get reunited with their owners and will save lots of heartache 💔

🤩 We can microchip your cat at any time, so ask us next time you bring your feline friend in and we can get you all legal!

There is a new scam circulating, advising people that their pet has been found and asking for a ‘discharge fee’ of £5 before they can be reunited. The message looks like an email sent by the RSPCA. If you speak to anyone who has received this scam, please follow the below information:
- Advise that the message has not been sent by the RSPCA, and it is a scam
- Direct people to the Citizens Advice ‘report a scam’ website
- If the person in question has followed the link and paid the fee, advise them to contact their bank immediately.

When your new client says I probably won't see the cat at all during my visits and on the second one he not only appears but he gives me head bumps, lets me tickle his chin and is purring I'm over the moon. Granted may not see him again but I don't mind. I've made another friend 😍🥰
