📣We a very proud to announce that we are now a Dog Friendly Clinic! This is a voluntary scheme assessed by the Dogs Trust and British Veterinary Behaviour Association (BVBA)📣

This accreditation recognises that we provide the most comfortable veterinary care experience possible to our canine patients and their owners😊

We work hard to provide this exceptional care:
🐶A warm and homely environment in reception, with separate areas for nervous or anxious patients
🐶Large, welcoming consultation rooms and extended consultation times - providing a calming environment for our patients
🐶Comfortable and quiet dog ward, large kennels with individual heating and dimmable lighting, padded mattresses and glass doors. We encourage blankets and toys from home to make our patients feel at home and we provide enrichment.
🐶Training for all of team on canine stress, anxiety and behaviour to ensure we can identify and reduce stress early
🐶Desensitisation clinics for dogs who are nervous coming into the vets - these allow our patients to become accustomed to our team and to the practice environment in a calm and safe way.
🐶Personalised and bespoke care for all our patients, tailored in conjunction with their owners
