We are seeing an increase in rabbits being fed museli based food (the bowl on the left).

These types of foods are very high in sugar and can lead to selective feeding and dental disease. This type of food is actually banned in some shops!

A rabbit diet should consist of approximately 80% hay, 15% fresh and only 5% nuggets (the right photo).

If you require any further information on rabbit care, please contact the practice to speak to our exotic diploma nurses Natalie or Holly 🐰

Trixie has had no interest from anybody💔 could you offer this sweet baby a loving home?

She is just over 2 years old and was found hopping around the streets. Nobody came forward for her, leaving her homeless💔 She has been spayed and vaccinated and is really looking for a family and husbun to call her own. She has a big personality once she gets to know you!

Your set up must meet RWAF standards. Proof of this will be needed.

So today I had an urgent SOS to help a lady out with approx 20 furbabies as she couldn’t cope any more.
A wonderful lady got them out quickly and brought them straight to me.
It’s taken me 2 hours to s*x & quarantine them all plus start mite treatment.
5 of the older boys will need a vet trip as they have lumps and bumps plus bite marks.
The younger boys will be available in 2 weeks time once mite treatment has ended ###

There were “27” in total, 14 girls and 13 boys.
Young and old, but I bet all the girls are pregnant.
All girls been put on pregnancy watch for 10 weeks 😔😢😔😢😔😢
