🐾 Hoopers is an amazing dog sport suitable for all dogs, young and old!
🐾 Hoopers is similar to agility but is less physically demanding on both dog and owner! With the aim being for the owner to move as little as possible!

Doggy Obstacle Course!
We will be creating a large doggy obstacle course including tunnels, low jumps, seesaws, weaves, rainbow runs / tyres as well as doggy parkour skills; going under something, sending around, through, paws on etc. No previous experience or training is required!
Sat 18th May @ 12.30-14.30 (2 hrs) cost £50
Hoopers is a fun dog sport for everyone regardless of ability. Dogs must navigate hoops, tunnels, and barrels without the risks of traditional agility courses. We still have some spots still available for our hoopers beginners. Send an email in to us before it’s too late.

Confidence Building!
This is a perfect example of building a dogs confidence, by getting them to walk along, put their paws on, go around, go through different objects/ surfaces it gets them used to different textures and feelings under their feet.
Doing parkour with your dog also teaches them body awareness so teaching them to think about their back end as well as their front paws!
If you are interested in trying out parkour we are running a workshop on 28th May where we teach lots of different skills on a wide range of equipment.

Socialisation 🚆🚝
This is what correct socialisation looks like, exposing your puppy to new environments, sounds, sights etc and teaching them to focus on you.
Venom done amazing at the train station this morning, watching the trains go past and all the people! 😄😄
Incredible work in one of our puppy classes last weekend, we had everyone walking perfectly around a set of 4 cones and then cross over past eachother at the same time! This is one of the hardest exercises for a puppy to do and everyone smashed it!! 😄🐶🐾🎉🎉
It’s never too early to start puppy training!
Venom is 9 weeks old and can’t go out yet until he’s had all his vaccinations but that doesn’t stop us working from home! 😂💪🏻

Every week Emma takes the toys that we use in classes home to be washed. Blossom took it upon her self to quality check each one for robustness and durability! 😂

This is a perfect example of working with your dog around distractions. One of the best things you can do with your dog is teaching them to focus on you while there are other dogs around, it not only teaches them impulse control but it also teaches them some manners so they aren’t sprinting up to every dog they see! 🐶😄

Working out dogs around distractions is one of the most important parts of training as we prepare ourselves for real life scenarios!!
Proper socialisation at any age simply means can your dog focus on you and be happy and comfortable in new environments and around many different distractions! 🐕🐾
