Wherever you are there is a possibility that there is nowhere for you to go to create space. In this situation if the dog was on lead I would have put my dogs on lead and moved as close to the fence that I could and got the dogs to focus on me. In the this situation the dog was off lead so as long as the dogs don't rush the dog I'm happy with this. It's life guys keep moving is best
