This is one of the reasons why we recommend that owners always consider neutering their pets, unless they are planning on breeding!
If your pet isn’t neutered, keep an eye out for the signs in our video, and call us if you have any concerns. 📲

Watching your pet have a seizure can be very frightening, and owners can be caught off guard when this happens.
Fits can have different presentations ranging from localised tremors to pets losing consciousness, shaking uncontrollably, vocalising, and paddling.
Afterwards, it is normal that they feel disoriented for a while.
If your pet has a fit, please try to remain calm as this will be the only way you can help them.
Did you know that there are a number of ocular conditions that can affect our pets? 🤔 👀

Diabetes mellitus is a hormonal disease that often affects our cats 🐈
All cats can suffer from diabetes; however, it is most commonly diagnosed in older and obese cats.
It occurs because there's not enough insulin to keep the blood sugar concentration within normal values or because the cells become resistant to its effect.
For most cats, insulin therapy along with dietary management is the treatment of choice. Though it's a chronic disease, with proper veterinary monitoring, diabetic cats can lead long and happy lives 🥰
