Good morning, We are extremely busy now and all working flat out. Please help us, by only making payments, via our payment links, it links straight to your invoice, if you put it via our bank details, we are not looking for it there and it can be difficult to link to your booking. Hence why we need you to use the payment link, we supply when you book. We are open 8am til 4pm, Please only bring your dogs up to date inoculation cards, we supply everything else, if you want to bring your dogs food, that is fine but only enough for their holiday, as we do have a storage problem, and it often seems, every dog brings a suitcase size bag with every belonging they have in it. We are tripping over bags and can`t open cupboards etc due to the volume of bags. If we get a nice photo of your dog, we will send it over or put it on here. Our lovely ladies that work with us, are doing this on their own phones, when they get time so some times it is just not possible.. Remember we love your dogs like they are our own family and will always do, what is best for them and go out of our way, to let them know they are loved.

Tip of the day. We take transportation of dogs very seriously. When the weather warms up, it is very important to take precautions, incase the dog overheats or your car breaks down, leaving you standing on the side of the road in blistering heat, waiting to be rescued. We never travel in the summer without a wet easidri coat in the vehicle, we also use portable fans, some are run by batteries or plug into your vehicle. You can purchase fans off eBay and we keep a stock of Easidri cool coats here for sale.

Tip of the day
If you have a old dog, they are just like older people, often they do not want to go for long walks, they want to stay in the warm house and sleep, older dogs may be better off, just having a wander round the garden, rather than out in the park or streets, as they may having aching joints and not have the energy. If they are stiff, a vet can prescribe painkillers or anti inflammatory to help ease the discomfort. You need to watch their weight, as if over weight it puts a strain on their joints and organs and can shorten their life. If they are struggling to eat you may have to use softer food. Keep check on their teeth and mouth and teeth will rot and in bulldogs they can collect hair and yuck on the gum line , this rots and stinks and can cause infection. If your dog has yucky eyes, there is a reason for it and it needs a vet to check for dry eye, if it is dry eye your dog must have eye drops several times a day, if you do not lubricate the eye, the eye will damage more and more and the dog will go blind. Check your dogs ears often, older bulldogs can be very prone to ear infections, the ears should be clean and the ear hole open, if the ear is sore, swollen and the ear hole is closed the ear is infected you need a vet to treat the ears, and there on keep checking the ears, so make sure they are clean and not sore or swollen. Keep your dogs nails trimmed as if your dog can not be exercised, like he was when young, the nails grow so quickly, if too long the dog risks breakings its toes, as it will be unbalanced and there are times when the nails are so long, they have actually grown back into the foot ! Tails, a dog scooting along the floor can be old hair and grease stuck under the tail , keep it clean under there, keep checking it and if needed a baby wipe with sudocrem on it and get right under the tail.The coat can look a mess, regular grooming, bathing and drying can help so much.
So much can go wrong, but so much is totally avoidable if they are checked over and treated if needed as soon as a problem is noticed

Tip of the day
Has your dog dry, crusty nose ?
Rub in bag balm or similar product, do that for several days, then get a dry cloth and rub the nose. All the dry overgrown skin will come off !
