I have 10+ years of experience in looking after and caring for animals, fully insured and can offer references. I also have a Certificate in Canine First Aid. I'm very patient and caring. Nothing is too much trouble. Whether it's administering medicine, being there for the farrier, regular vet trips etc. I also have experience with nervous and wary animals. I am more than happy to carry out numerous pre visits so your pet/s get to know me before carrying out a booking, if they are really nervous or wary of new people. So anything I can do, before/during a booking, to help our clients enjoy their time away without worrying over their pets, I will do! For clients with horses, I have over 9 years of experience with horses: I've owned my own horse for the past 8 years and have experience looking after and caring for all shapes and sizes. "Having someone to look after our animals when we go away is vital to us - we have to know that they are well and safe otherwise we couldn't leave them so when our last animal sitter retired we were worried. We saw the Hoof, Hounds and Claws ad online and our hopes rose! Jemma came and visited and we immediately felt that she was knowledgeable about animal care, able to manage our horses, concerned and caring and very organised.
