With the planned phased retirement of Arrowfield Veterinary Group's sole owner John Dennis, two of the long standing employed Vets, Paul Buckingham & Wendy Phillips took the opportunity to buy out the practice under an employee owned business model more familiarly associated with the John Lewis Partnership. We are proud

to be the first veterinary practice to have adopted employee ownership as a means of business succession. Our structure values and encourages full employee participation in the day to day running of the practice and rewards the loyalty and professionalism of our whole team.
