Hello to all our customers, as most are aware we’re moving buildings into a smaller but beautiful location (still on site)
Our new cabin will be so much easier to maintain, keep spotless for your babies and more importantly comfortable for your fur companions.
We’re getting closer to the finish line, so I thought I’d let our customers know of some upcoming changes for the new year. We will be increasing pricing slightly as most know we are the cheapest groomers around however products, bills and other essentials have sky rocketed over the last few months. We are also bringing in a charge for no shows without letting us know, we understand completely that things can happen and you might not be able to make your appointment, however it’s becoming more frequent and me and Margaret are obviously a two person team so it’s two of us out of pocket especially if we can’t fill the gap. As from the new year we need a 48 hour notice otherwise you will be charged.
