RURAL NEWS UPDATE

UPCOMING SHOP CLOSURE
Due to staff holidays :
Our shop at Bandeath Industrial Estate will be closed the following dates :-

Week commencing MONDAY 15th SEPTEMBER 2025
(re-open TUESDAY 23rd SEPTEMBER 2025)

Local deliveries will still take place on WEDNESDAY 17th SEPTEMBER - please place your order at : www.ruralpetsupplies.com

All of our further afield delivery areas will be unaffected, although order cut off times may be slightly earlier, customers will be notified of order cut offs when we send out customer reminder messages.

Any customer enquiries / messages we receive during the closure will be answered when we re-open.

DELIVERY TIMES
We will be introducing set 2 hour slots for some of our West Coast / Highlands delivery runs as we largely follow the same routes and the timings are always very similar.
Customers will be notified of their set 2 hour delivery slot when we next correspond.

WILSONS RAW
A selection of Wilsons Raw dog food is now available to order via the website and in store. We have taken this on as our Rural K9 raw range is still unavailable due to circumstances outwith our control.

NEW RAW CHUBB PRODUCT
Launching in late September will be a brand new 460g raw Chubb range. This range will be economical and provide an option for raw feeding on a budget, an update will be posted with more information on this when it's available to order.

---RURAL NEWS UPDATE---

THE RAW FACTORY have now rebranded as BUSTERS BANQUET - the food itself has not changed and is produced by the same team in the same factory.
The main changes are as follows :
1. New, stronger packaging with clearer labelling.
2. The boxes now come in 9 x 1kg boxes instead of 8 x 1kg boxes - the 9 x 1kg boxes work out slightly cheaper (approx 10p per kg) than the previous 8 x 1kg boxes, the website has been updated with the new prices.

TOTALLY NATURAL have also rebranded as DIBO and again, the main change is new, stronger packaging with clearer labelling.

RURAL K9 RAW supply issue - we are currently experiencing a supply issue with our own Rural K9 Raw dog food - this has temporarily been removed from the website but we hope to have this back in stock very soon and will notify customers as soon as it becomes available.

One of our customers has a dog photography company and is running photography sessions in Bridge of Allan at the You Let The Dogs Out park this coming Saturday (16th August) from 1200 - 1600. Arlo done an impromptu session the other day (one of the results can be viewed below).
