Polite reminder that I am having to work at a reduced amount of appointments each week at the moment so there may be a longer wait for appointments. Sorry for any inconvenience but again I cannot squeeze extras in once I am full for the time being.
If you cannot make your appointment please let me know ASAP so I can offer it to someone else. I do have a cancellation policy in place. Cancellations of less than 24 hours will incur a fee to cover the cost of the missed appointment.
