We are still taking food donations for our Mutt-mas project. We will be delivering food, toys and festive cheer to families across Ayrshire. Here is a glimpse of last years magical mayhem 😂
To help our carbon footprint we are recycling what we can to help the environment. Here is one of our milk liner tuggies. Bella loves it. This one is in our agility colours for Red Dog Agility. Thank to Lochhill Dairy Co.
Thank you to our friends at Lochhill Dairy Co. We can’t wait to work with you. Bella says thanks for her birthday treat!
🐶 week one Bella 🐶
If you want to ask any questions about any of the dogs. Pop them in the comments.
At almost 13yo this girl is the OG muddy mutt. She is where the business and name come from. She was the first therapy dog for the home I worked in. She loves to lie in muddy puddles. She hated retirement so only works part time these days. She loves food, toys and cuddles. She hates BATHS!
Thanks to Martyn T. Cain Photographer for some of these amazing pics.

Our town might be dying but it’s great for training. We would love to see a massive regeneration in our town and have more independent shops and less wasted space.
As it’s #animalpainawarenessmonth we thought we’d get some more info on pain in dogs from Catherine our canine massage therapist from Ayrshire Canine Clinical Massage. My girls go every 2 weeks for maintenance sessions for arthritis. There is lots of great information and ways to help our dogs. #animalpainawarenessmonth2024 #animalpainawarenessmonth💙
I don’t tend to post anything political but sometimes the content writes itself 🤣
When you have dogs named after food it’s hard not to hop on a trend.
Our friends at Zoomies Doggy Delights gave us a delicious treat box. As an R+ trainer my girls get to make lots of choices and which treats they like is one of them. Hali chose a meat stick, Bella chose a rabbit ear, skittles chose a meat stick and Bonnie went for a tiny fish skin cube. We love natural treats in our house. They have so many benefits for our pups. Thank you Heather for looking after our dogs. Zoomies are also a sponsor of our flyball team and a massive part of our muddy mutts community.
I also got puppy Arlo cuddles. He’s such a cutie!
September is #animalpainawarenessmonth Over the month of September we will be looking at signs of pain, pain management, some conditioning exercises to help our dogs and things to avoid. Would you know signs of pain in your dogs. Sometimes they can be so subtle that they are easy to miss. Bonnie gets regular massage from Ayrshire Canine Clinical Massage for pain relief. When she is sore her back legs shake. She has arthritis in her back end. If you notice your dogs legs shaking it’s definitely worth a vet visit. There can be a few causes for this but the most common one is pain.
Can’t believe it’s been a whole year of loving this tiny, crazy, loving, wild, energetic, thriving girl. Between her illnesses, teeth and everything she has overcome so much and is loving life.
