Our cones are having a bit of a rest for a little while as are the inspectors.

We are unable to despatch any orders now until 30th September. We apologise for any inconvenience but annual leave is an employee right and the inspectors have demanded it!

I can’t even tell you how amazing this cake from doggydesserts was to celebrate a little inspector B’s big 10th birthday!!

After a cancer diagnosis this year we wanted total roar and also after getting him through 9 operations in his life with us since we adopted him he deserved the most epic milestone day!!

My b with a heart bigger than the world but with the roar of a lion happy birthday dude!!

Hello all!!

Inspector P is here to apologise for us being ridiculously quiet recently!

Boss lady (aka inspector mum) has finally been got by Covid after avoiding it for 5 years and busy studying and doing the day job so we’ve been a bit off the cozie grid for a while.

We’re coming up to the coziest season soon and will be getting some of our range made up for stocks on the website.

We have now added soft shell waterproof cones to the website and will be having restock of cones very soon too.

How are you all? Peppa sends you all a ho**er boop!

Little update on inspector B! He had his toe amputation and I had the confirmation from the vet yesterday that they got all the cancerous tumour so no need for further surgery ❤️

It’s been tough keeping him away from that paw as no cone out there including ours stopped a very determined B! We ended up getting dog crocs which have been brilliant for stopping him eating his stitches and protecting his wound.

Sounds strange me saying my own cones didn’t work right but I am honest about them. They will not be for every injury or wound or surgery and back paws as we’ve found out are a little problematic to protect from those dog kisses

We’ve personally had great success with ear wounds, back wound and tail amputation with the cozie cone but for the back paw it wasn’t suitable.

We sell cones because we care not because we want to spin a sales pitch!

My little inspector b the face and reason for the cozie cone has his toe amputated that has cancerous cells still present. Sadly they can’t just take the skin as there isn’t enough to get good margins.

We are still waiting to hear how aggressive his tumour was and they’ll be taking skin samples from the neighbouring toe to see if there are any cells present there

He’s so brave whilst I’m a mess and I was never ready for the big c in the dogs and never would be.

If he needs a cone he has his cozie cone collection washed and ready for him when he comes home to me

My little man is being so brave right now!

We noticed a lump a couple of weeks ago he had it removed last Friday and yesterday I was advised it’s cancerous so my world fell apart! Due to the location of the lump they know the same tissue is still on one toe and he will likely need that toe removing. We’re waiting on more tests on how aggressive it is for him to decide the treatment needed for him.

I am truly broken this weekend but we remain so hopeful we can sort this for him!

I may be running low on cone stocks for a few weeks whilst I focus on him and his needs.

I would like to extend the biggest heartfelt thank you to bridgnorth.vets who have been absolutely amazing with him as always ❤️ we know you have his back!!

Little peppa has been in her element with beaches on the doorstep and piddling in the sea! (Paddling guys don’t come at us please!)

Recently I’ve had a lot of issues and am now on the official zipper brain surgery list with so these last few days I’ve not had tremors I’ve not had loss of use of my right hand and I’ve had my little assistance dog at hand too! Nobody prepared me for you have chiari Andrea consultation nobody ever could. Here my brain and body seem to be at peace not war with each other.

And sooo we think 2026 may be the year we welcome a cozie caravan how do you feel about that? Equipped with a dog pack and walkers bits and bobs we’d aim ourselves at dog owners with those magnificent hills in mind. Tell us your thoughts!!!
