As a separately registered branch of the RSPCA, we are responsible for raising funds locally to help animals in the Shropshire area. We are run by local volunteers and raise money through fundraising events, donations and legacies. We aim to promote respo

nsible pet ownership through local microchipping and neutering campaigns. We also have cats and kittens for adoption and offer advice and support to the public by telephone calls to our branch line and via email. Registered charity number 225814

We support the work of the RSPCA Inspectorate operating in the Shropshire area through liaison with Inspectors,animal welfare officers and animal collection officers. This handsome guy is Bob.
Bob has come into our care after living as a stray for a number of years. He has, in the past, had a broken leg which has fused a little bit wonky. He also has skin problems poor guy so is in need of some tlc.
He isn't ready for his new home just yet but when he is ready will need an indoor home where he will be loved and able to put his hard past behind him.

XL bullies who were over the age of one on 31 January 2024 and have been exempted by their owners must be neutered by 30 June 2024. ⚠️

Evidence must be sent to Defra by 26th July or the dog’s exemption certificate will be invalid and the dog could be seized by police.

Compulsory cat microchipping comes into force in England today! 📣

All cat owners must ensure their cat is microchipped as it is now a legal requirement.

Avoid facing a fine of up to £500, and arrange for your cat to be microchipped if they are not already.

Artie is a part Bengal boy who is looking for an outdoor/rural home on a smallholding, farm or stableyard. He will need adequate shelter and regular feeding.
He is semi feral but with the right interaction he may come round.

THESE ARE NOT SUITABLE HOUSING FOR RABBITS! Their lives are miserable cooped up in these awful hutches, they can‘t stretch out, run around and barley perform their NORMAL behaviours. The RWAF and PDSA think the minimum set up for rabbits is a 6 x 2 x 2 ft hutch and an 8ft run and we agree!

If you seriously want rabbits please don’t just go to the nearest pet shop and buy a hutch, think outside the box and think about their welfare. This is cruel!

About Me
Breed: Domestic Shorthair crossbreed
Colour: Black and White
Age: 6-12 Months
Tipsy is 11 months old, black n white tuxedo male kitten,. We would like him to be rehomed with Treacle. Tipsy is very friendly and likes a fuss.

Treacle, brother to Tipsy, is white with black patches, 11 months old. Is a lot more wary than his brother so would need someone with a lot of patience to give hime the time he needs to settle.

They both have lots of energy and are very active so will need somewhere with lots of space for them to run around.

Beefy 💗

Beefy is one of our hand rears who was born in branch a few weeks ago. He has been with one of our amazing, dedicated fosterers and has been poorly on and off since being born! As you can see, he has now grown lots and is very lively!

You might remember this tiny chap from last week! Hand rears get so grubby ❤️

Harry and William settling in very well with Chris and Susie 😸 We can’t believe how they are into everything and are absolutely non-stop; it’s great to see and we just love them to bits.
