Hi everyone,

I hope you’re all doing well!

After much thought, I’ve had to make a decision about payments moving forward. It’s not been an easy choice, but I want to head into 2025 feeling confident that payments won’t be a source of stress for anyone—myself included.

First, I want to thank all of you who pay on time, week in and week out, or monthly in advance. I really appreciate your efforts and apologise if it feels like I’ve been going on about this too much. Hopefully, these changes will mean it’s no longer an issue.

Looking back at last year’s late payments and no-shows, I’ve realised that to run my business smoothly and ensure I can pay my own bills on time, I need to move to an advance payment system for daycare.

Here’s how it will work:
Cash payments: Please bring them on the first day of attendance.
Bank payments: These should be made before attendance.
Please note that spaces for the week ahead will only be secured once payment is received.

If you need to cancel, I’m happy to refund payments with at least 24 hours’ notice or under extreme circumstances. I completely understand that life can throw surprises at us.

I’ve tried something similar in the past but found myself chasing reminders, which wasn’t ideal for anyone. This time, I’ll simply have to stick to the policy of no payment, no space. If you’re paying via bank transfer, it would really help if you could include dates as a reference.

Thank you all for understanding and supporting me as I make these changes—it’s necessary for the future of the business, and I truly appreciate your cooperation.

On behalf of myself and the girls, I like to give a massive thanks for all the lovely gifts. Every year we are spoiled, everyone is just too kind. We are lucky to have such amazing owners 💕💙🎅
On a personal note I just want to thank everyone for their continued support throughout the year and for always understanding. Im blessed to be able to look after and have fun with all my wee bestie’s. I love each and every one of them!
I hope everyone has an amazing Christmas and fabulous New Year and I look forward to seeing everyone on our return on the 6th 💕💙🐾🎅🎉🎄

Not only is it a hilarious costume, but he wore it so well…. Until he didn’t and tried to eat santa (dont tell the kids) 🎅😂😭
