Very proud of my daughter, Kayla Brown - Mobile Hair Stylist , a Finalist!

In addition to her own achievements in her Mobile Hairdressing Business, Kayla has started to help me with my Cat Grooming business on an adhoc basis with admin.

This is the unglamorous reality of professional cat grooming ..... This hot mess was shaved off a cat at our Cat Grooming Salon.

Little knots in a coat if left unattended will grow... and grow .... eventually becoming large compacted rock like lumps, stuck like glue all over a cats body. Especially the delicate underside and sanitary area - so when a cat p*es and p**ps it just gets stuck in all that mess. Can you imagine how that must feel to a cat who likes to be clean?

A cats behaviour will change as these issues develop as they will be unhappy and grumpy - understandably.

This isn't an easy job for a professional cat groomer. The risk of injury to both cat and groomer are high when dealing with a scared, angry, uncomfortable cat.

Can't find a cat groomer who is trained and experienced enough to tackle a job like this? Then please contact your Vet who will be able to assist with a welfare shave.

Ps This cat in question also had 2 professional baths and is moving on to a professional maintenance schedule to keep him comfortable year round.

When your cat is matted or pelted, they need professional help. Our lovely visitor, the sweetest Persian, needed some assistance from us. We understand life's unexpected events means we can't keep on top of everything (including our cats grooming needs at home) and we are here to help. All that dead coat, matting and pelts came off our teeny-tiny Salon guest.
