An utterly tragic end to 2024 as dear old Ted, sadly passed away on NYE, just as we hit the 10 year mark of knowing him. Teddy was only the second ever dog we walked after starting the business and has undoubtedly been the one that we have known the longest. He had many, many doggie friends over the years, but without question, the two that he built up a special relationship were Poppy and Freddie. His last walk with us, was also with Poppy. Teddy was such a very special boy, he got on with every dog we paired him with, was fun-loving, treat-loving and one of the most loyal, protective dogs we will probably ever meet. One of our fondest memories of him will forever be when we used to take him to the park (along with Poppy and Freddie), sit on the swing, and seeing our feet leave the floor, Teddy would launch into his protective mode and try to drag us to safety by our wellies! However, this is but one memory - we have ten years' worth to reflect on. Teddy had a truly wondrous soul. Out on walks, Teddy had this magical ability to make you think that he was your dog, even though he loved his family most of all. He had a smile that could lift anyone's spirits on the grimmest of days, so when you look up at the sky, it will be his star shining the brightest. He lived a long, happy life, full of love. We haven't lost a client, we have lost a dear friend. Rest well, dear boy, we will really, really miss you and most certainly will never forget you. 🌈🐶
