Unfortunately it's foxtail season again 😞 Foxtail plants are a weed-type grass that can cause serious problems for animals!
Ear infections, nosebleeds/rhinitis, pyothorax, abscesses and tetanus are just SOME of the serious issues that can come from these little guys! If you notice your pet repeatedly sneezing, pawing at their ears, coughing or acting uncomfortable, these could be signs of a possible foxtail and should seek medical attention as soon as possible.

My yearly post!

Now the weathers picking up - finally! 🤩 we may need to alter walks - times may vary a little to walk before it’s too hot for paws - especially when it really does get hot. I’ll always walk where there’s some water access and have water in the car, for those who don’t want to dip their paws for a drink. We may need to cut walks down depending on the temperature and who’s with me!

If anyone has cool coats, cool mats, frozen treats etc let me know and I can give after the walk / sort it out for them 😇

Sorry another weird Monday next week (18th). My first group will be a little earlier than usual and my second group a little later. My car has its mot mid morning so I’ll be working around that on Monday 😰

My app says 3.3km (2 miles) and a pretty boring line - that’s for me! Walking slowly like a human 🤣 I’m guessing the dogs sprinting 100mph up and down the fields would make theirs at least 10km 😅🤣

Lovely explore today with my group then a nice chilled solo to end my week 🥰

**NEXT MONDAY**

Monday walkies will be a little later than usual, I’m in Kent for Mother’s Day and will be travelling back Monday morning so will grab my dogs for their walk as soon as possible - depending on traffic etc. hoping I’ll be with everyone around 12:30 for my group!

Solo walks will be straight after my group - but will be a little later than usual obviously! 💪
