All fees to be paid by one week in advance of the date of service starts, or in the case of dog walking, on the day before. In some cases, such as emergency service, fees may be paid on the day at Kerrys' Cambridgeshire Walks and Sitting discretion.
4. All current services and fees are subject to change at any time. This excludes services paid for in advance, unless otherwise stated.
5. Pop-in
, Overnight House Sitting, and Dog Walk prices include a small contribution towards fuel costs and travel expenses. Supplementary travel fees apply to certain areas outside of our covered area.
6. Where payment is not received in accordance with these terms and conditions of business, Kerrys' Cambridgeshire Walks and Sitting reserves the right not to proceed with any previously agreed arrangements, and a cancellation fee will be payable. The following cancellation charges will apply to dog walking:
If canceled with less than 24 hours' notice of the start date, full payment will be required
8. The following cancellation charges will apply to all other services:
If you cancelled between 1-7 days, full payment will be required. If you cancel between 8-14 days, a 30% deposit will be kept. If you cancel with 14+ days’ notice there will be no charge. Kerrys' Cambridgeshire Walks and Sitting will regularly post photos/videos of your pets on social media so you can see the fun they are having. If you do not want photos of your pets posted please let me know. All such media remain the property of Kerrys' Cambridgeshire Walks and Sitting.
10. Kerrys' Cambridgeshire Walks and Sitting does work on Bank Holidays, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Years Eve and New Year's day for all services, these dates are subject to a higher than usual fee. Unavailable dates are shown on a monthly upload calendar which is kept up to date as much as possible.
11. The client is responsible for any veterinary bills, no matter how they are incurred, whilst pets are in the care of Kerrys' Cambridgeshire Walks and Sitting.
12. Kerrys' Cambridgeshire Walks and Sitting does not accept dogs registered under the Dangerous Dogs Act 19919. Kerrys' Cambridgeshire Walks and Sitting does not accept dog hybrids registered under the Dangerous Wild Animals Act 1976 (eg, Wolf Hybrids).
13. All relevant animals must be fully up to date with their vaccinations, flea and worm treatment.
14. The client agrees to provide full and detailed information about your animals on the booking forms'. You agree to keep us informed of any changes to your animals including and medical conditions or/and prescribed medications.
15. Please inform us of any changes regarding your contact numbers, your pet’s care needs, your emergency contact details, and other pertinent information.
16. Emergency contact details must be provided on your booking form. The emergency contact needs to be an independent person (ie. not one of your holiday party) and authorised to make a decision on your behalf should a situation with your pet arise and we are unable to get in contact with you.
17. Kerry will be accompanied by Reece (her husband) and on occasion one other for late / overnight sits, if he is unavailable.
