I’m implementing some changes over the next few months, with that, I’d like to remind you all of my terms and conditions
1. you must arrive on time for your appointment (if you don’t, it has a knock on effect to my next client and throughout the remainder of my day).
2. You must collect your dog at the time specified (I don’t like any crossover) you will be charged £5 for every 15 mins late at collection.
3. Whilst sometimes a late notice cancellation can’t be avoided, I ask that at least 48 hours notice is given if you can’t attend your appointment. Anything less makes it difficult for me to fill the appointment. Just like you, I need to earn a living
4. Any cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will be charged at 50% of the cost. If you simply don’t show up, then consider yourself struck off my books.
5. I reserve the right to adapt your grooming request based on the condition of your dog. If your dog presents with matting it will be dealt with accordingly, and if I have concerns regarding your dogs overall health, I reserve the right to contact your vet.
6. Whilst every effort is made to ensure your dog’s health and welfare whilst in my care, owners must understand that a moving animal and sharp instruments used in the grooming process sometimes does result in injuries. (Very rarely, but it can happen)
By booking an appointment you are agreeing to all the above conditions and accepting condition number 6.
In addition to the above, my appointment availability will be reduced over the next few months with holidays and other personal commitments so, if you have a regular requirement for grooming services and haven’t yet booked your next or even next 2 appointments, I urge you to do so asap.
