It is heartbreaking to hear that REW and black bunnies spend years or even their entire lives at shelters just because of their look.๐ Black bunnies have gorgeous shiny black coats and great personalities. They are playful, curious, smart, and fun.๐๐ค๐
Ruby eyed white (REW) bunnies tend to be some of the sweetest, most gentle, laid-back, and most intelligent breeds of rabbits.๐ฅฐ
I hope one day people will realize that, and more of them will open their heart and home to those sweet and amazing critters as well.๐๐๐

Sweetpea is ready for a home! She's a small spayed female. She was originally born as a stray then caught by someone, so she's very shy. She will take food from my hands now but often will be wide eyed and ready to bolt. Meet our newest arrivals: Siskin, Bullfinch, Goldfinch & Hawfinch
They're from yet another case of a shop selling wrongly sexed rabbits who then reproduced, resulting in the home ending up with many. These four arrived to us with torn ears, Bullfinch has a scarred nose also and they're urine stained from spraying each other. All also arrived underweight but have been gaining since arriving with us. They had their neuters & booster vacs (prev home did vac them but was nearly a year ago) on Friday and will be looking for homes in a couple of months. Any help with our vet bills is always extremely welcomed

Kenua & Kishuara are recovering well from their spays ๐ญ๐ญ They've had bilateral ovariectomies like our female guinea pigs get. Kishuara had hers last week and Kenua (closest) had hers yesterday so is very bald currently!
