Firstly, can we say thank you so much for supporting us for the last 8 years!
Most importantly, Oscar Co. Down (LMC Pet Foods Ltd.) ARE STILL TRADING AS NORMAL, despite anything you might seen on the Head Office website. So, equally important, your pet’s Oscar food supplies are safe for some months to come.
Why this message? Unfortunately, Oscar Pet Foods Ltd (our supplier) has gone in to voluntary administration & ceased trading on 30th January 2025. On the plus side, we have agreed with the Administrator, to buy further supplies of Oscar food for your pet.
If we run low in your particular product, we will offer you an alternative at no cost to yourselves. Given the circumstances, some Oscar foods may be in clear packaging, but we assure you, they are the same food you have had before.
Your PET is our priority as we manage what has been a terrible shock to our Oscar community and we seek an equally high quality, alternative, food supply for your pet. We are already working hard to this end and will ensure that you will be given at least one bags notice of any change to your pet’s food.

⚠️ How to keep your pets safe during Storm Éowyn ⚠️

1. Create a Safe Space: Set up a quiet, comfortable area in your home where your pet can feel secure during the storm. This could be a crate or a spot with blankets and soft bedding.

2. Keep Them Indoors: If you have outdoor pets, bring them inside to avoid being exposed to strong winds, rain, or hail. Pets like dogs and cats can get scared during storms and may run away if left outside.

3. Close Windows and Doors: Close windows and doors to reduce the noise and minimise exposure to the storm’s elements. This also keeps your pet from trying to escape or get too close to potentially dangerous areas

4. Distract with Toys or Treats: If your pet becomes anxious, provide a distraction with their favorite toys, a puzzle feeder, or treats to keep their mind engaged and calm
