With the upcoming weather set to hit 26° (😱) if you wish to rearrange your pups appointment please let me know, especially if your mode of transport is walking- I don’t want any burnt feet!
The salon does have air conditioning and is on all day for pups comfort so it’s constantly nice and cool 🥰

Just a quick reminder for all clients:
While I’ve shared this on my story, I want to take a moment to clarify it here as well.

I am a dog groomer, not a doggy daycare. Timely drop-off and pick-up are essential for the smooth running of my day. Even a delay of 10 minutes can disrupt my schedule and affect other appointments.

As a reminder, there is a late collection fee of £10 for every 15 minutes past your dog’s scheduled pickup time. While I’ve been lenient with this policy, there have already been two instances this week (and it’s only Tuesday!) where dogs were collected 30–60 minutes late.

If you anticipate being late, please let me know in advance.
communication makes all the difference and helps me plan accordingly.
