Our website has been down over the weekend. This has now been rectified, and we’re back online, ready to serve you, we apologise for any inconvenience this has caused.

Due to the Creamfields festival and the upcoming Bank Holiday weekend, please note that our only local delivery day this week will be tomorrow, Tuesday, 20th August. We will not be offering our usual local delivery service on Thursday, 22nd August or Friday, 23rd August.

To ensure you receive your order tomorrow, please place your orders by 3pm today. You can also choose to collect your orders from the warehouse at the back of the shop.
Any orders made for local delivery after 3pm today will be delivered locally after the Bank Holiday weekend, on Tuesday 27th August.

🚨 IMPORTANT DELIVERY UPDATE 🚨

Dear valued customers,

Due to the Creamfields festival and the upcoming Bank Holiday weekend, we wanted to let you know about a temporary change in our local delivery schedule for next week.

Please note: Our only local delivery day next week will be on Tuesday, 20th August. We will not be offering our usual local delivery service on Thursday, 22nd August or Friday, 23rd August.

For those who need items sooner, you can place your orders online and collect them from the warehouse at the back of the shop.

Any orders made for local delivery after 3pm Monday, 19th August will be delivered locally after the Bank Holiday weekend, during the following week on Tuesday 27th August.

We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out!

We are beyond thrilled to formally introduce ourselves, Gina and Ellis, as the new owners of Pets Pantry, Stockton Heath’s beloved independent local pet shop!

As best friends for 15 years, we bring a wealth of experience as Veterinary Nurses and Certified Dog Trainers and we are constantly expanding our knowledge in pet behaviour and nutrition.

I’m sure we speak for everyone in saying a HUGE thank you to Karen and Gary, the incredible founders who established Pets Pantry in 1980. Their dedication and passion have created a wonderful legacy, and we are honoured to continue their hard work in caring for pets and their owners within the village and across the UK.

As always, at Pets Pantry, our mission is to help you make informed decisions about your pets’ health, wellbeing, and welfare. We will continue to offer top-quality advice and products, from nutritious food and delicious treats to enrichment items and husbandry best practices - all at affordable prices.

We’d also like to thank you lovely customers who have sent us your well wishes and for always supporting your favourite independent pet shop, without you, we wouldn’t be here!

Karen & Gary are RETIRING & NEW OWNERS Ellis & Gina have taken over.

We will miss our wonderful customers after 44 years but are very much looking forward to life’s next chapter. We owe all our customers a HUGE Thank You 🙏🏻 for supporting your local pet shop & helping make it one of the best.

IT IS BUSINESS AS USUAL - Ellis & Gina who are keeping our super team & will continue to build the business with the same ethos. Good service, advice & quality products.
Gina & Ellis bought the business in early March, they are two very capable local business women, having both been veterinary nurses for many years & also have a Dog training company.

They too believe in quality nutrition being key to a healthy pet. They along with our team will be there to continue to look after your pets wellbeing. We feel sure you will want to support them as you have ourselves. ❤️
