** Roadworks**
We have come in this morning to roadworks at the traffic lights for King Edward Street and Manchester road. You can't access King Edward Street from this junction. Back road and access from Padgate Lane/King Queen Pub end is as normal, no restrictions.

We only have around 15 Appointments left for the year now, which are in October and November.

We have 1 appointment left on 2nd Aug, after that the next available appointments are from mid September. We will of course be getting your Christmas bookings in when next see you. I know it's July, but it's only a couple of appointments now for most )

Opening hours from September.

As previously mentioned I will be changing our opening hours from September. This is due to my little boy starting school, therefore I need to fit in with drop off and pick up times for him

*** Price increase 1st July***

I avoided putting our prices up in January this year (as I had on previous years) and was holding out as long as I could. However with my outgoings now increasing by on average 15-20% a month, I'm going to have to increase our prices, this will be between £3 - £5 per dog, depending on size, coat type and frequency of appointments.
Our prices still remain very competitive with groomers in the area.
The increase will be from 1st July, to give people as much notice as I can.

** Cancellations**
I kindly request at least 48 hours notice to cancel or change your appointment.
Any cancellations inside 48 hours, I will require a 50% payment.
For missed appointments with no notice of cancellation or less than 1 hour notice, I will require 100% of payment before your next appointment will be confirmed.
As a small buisness last minute cancellations or no shows can have a big impact.
I havent gone down the route of taking deposits like most groomers do, but it maybe somthing i'll look at for the future.
