Mabel has settled in so well! She was really anxious when she arrived yesterday but she’s realised we’re her friends and so are the dogs and she now thinks nothing of using them as a bed 😂. She slept next to me last night while the other two were on Craig’s side. She is a great cuddler.

We don’t allow dogs to play with certain balls (choking hazard) and we aren’t fans of repeating throwing them as it risks injuries and many dogs will not stop despite being exhausted. They do have their place sometimes and we recommend xl or xxl ones, depending on the breed you have.
The chuckit balls are great as even our rottie struggle to destroy them. I’ve just seen they’re on offer at Amazon

Look at these two 🥰. I’ve over twice for play, toilet and cuddles and then to feed them while their humans are at a very special wedding (their daughters!).

We offer a dog chaperone service for those who want their dogs involved or in the professional pictures. We don’t have a lot of weekend availability this year already but where we can help, we will!

Cider’s Dad is working hard harvesting food for us all as a farmer so, her and I are having a lovely hour walking in the countryside to break up her day. Where we can we can do longer hours (early am and late pm) and weekends.

Please tell me everyone else has loads of nicknames for their dogs!

Ivan is Ivy (little confusing for next few days as we have Ivy the lab puppy staying), tont, tony, Ivy woo and loads more. Vera is vere, verag, princess, boo boo Vera etc.

Even our regulars have nicknames now! I sometimes forget and call them a nickname in front of their humans who must think I’m mad!

Despite our name we are very much an all animal care company and provide cat visits along with care for small and exotic animals and Ruth has lots of experience with a variety of species and has rescued and rehomed and owned them.

Hazel went home yesterday and we miss this cute little face but our bestie poodle Monty has arrived for a few days and we’ve had a walk and cuddles

Busy day at the Snuggles HQ with Teddy joining us for 2 nights as his poor Mum is in hospital and his amazing dog boarder Kerri is having a few days away. He’s a 1 year old cavapoo and is truly scrumptious. He was welcomed by the gang like they knew him, honestly they all make me a proud Mum/Auntie.

Took him for a pupachino between the walks, this definitely *wasn’t* an excuse for me to get an oat milk latte 🤣

Just on our last walk of the day and we shall start again at 6.30am. Got to make the most of these long light days

Note the size of the green bed Vera has chosen to borrow from Miya (a miniature dachshund) , I think it’s safe to say I’m not size shaming when I say Vera doesn’t fit! She disagrees. It should be noted there was a Vera size bed available within 20cm of that one!

Hope you’re all having a wonderful weekend. We’ve been off to Whisby nature reserve (highly recommend) with Craig’s Mum Fiona. Vera has decided Fiona is her best friend ever.

Did a pop in for 3 of my favourite dogs yesterday and have a walk shortly with the very handsome Alfie and Bailey. Then a first meet and greet.

Got Vera and Ivan harnesses in the bow design (Mama’s girl for Vera) and they threw in this cute bow. I think it’s perfect for Monty 🥰

Going to miss him when he goes home tonight. People underestimate how much we love the dogs we get to have as temporary family members.

Otto, Vera and Ivan having a great time at this beautiful woodland area that’s fully enclosed and you hire just for your dogs to use! It’s the other side of Gainsborough but worth the drive.

Vera adores woods but gets distracted so off leash isn’t an option and this is a fantastic alternative. Lots of sniffs and some toys.

So lovely to have Otto staying. He was one of my first dogs I walked for PetMatey Lincolnshire and I’ve always had a big love for him and Vera adores him too and has know him since she was a puppy.

Please welcome Ivy! She’s a 5 month old Labrador puppy and is truly gorgeous. She’s a little nervy so is spending a day with us before her stay. Vera and Ivan are helping her fit in and showing her that play is great.
