Last shout out as we are due to start next week! We give you the tools and hacks to help you get the most from your dog/ puppy: everything you learn in class can be used to help you both navigate the big wide world, be that loose lead, engagement or a settle. We keep classes small and manageable as there is nothing worse than a dog who is over threshold reacting while another more nervous dog and owner are trying to work....this is why we ask for pre booked places only: the dogs find it much easier to work, and so do you! We don't judge: we work with the dog in front of us, and everything is kept fun and informal.

We had a wonderful walk today with one of moogies friends! She absolutely loved me! (Of course!) and we had a fab time! Thanks to my physio and my hydro, I managed a good steady walk round the entire lake!! Had a cuppa when I got back and a good chewy: had my dinner and now having a nap.....I like bank holidays!!

Mum took us to Wakefield today for the star walk: we got there early so it wasn't too busy or hot: got lots of cuddles, and we met a few film stars too! We had lots of little breaks, and had a treat shop afterwards: but was fab seeing new things!! We are both fast asleep now!!

It was my 13th gotcha day yesterday! 13!! In that time I lost my first best mate Diefer, gained a big brother Turbo, and gained and lost the best puppy ever Fletcher :( I've raised funds for smaller rescues, raised awareness of staffy types, helped battersea with their staffies: softer than you think' campaign, had some epic road trips with mum, worked with some awesome trainers, learned loads and had tons of fun in the process! Moogie always says whoever threw me away lost an epic little dog! :) scary to think if mum hadn't found me, would I still be here? I may have lost my life at 7 months old because there was no rescue space available! Scary to think!! But, here I am: a sassy little food obsessed midge who is constantly hungry and loves a cuppa on a morning :) I may have a dodgy knee and a little arthritis, but I'm not letting it slow me down! HAPPY GOTCHA DAY TO ME!! 24/4/2012

Hello!! Long time no post! I am now on different pain meds, and they do seem to be helping me a lot better! My Hydrotherapy is going really well, and seems to be helping me tons! I can manage a good 40 min walk now, and I still love my training and physio sessions!! Mum says I'm back to the sassy little gremlin i was a few years ago ;) As dogs get older we may need a little extra help: Our ears may start to fail, and our eyes may not be as sharp, but we love you just as much as we did when we were small! :) Midge aged 13.5 (approx) food obsessed, treato addict

A tired lil Fidget today! 1hour massage therapy at physio: then we had a little 30 min stroll with a picnic: then on to Hydro!! 2nd session today and I smashed it! Even had a little shampoo afterwards :) I did fall asleep instantly on the drive home: had a snack, nargle roll on the floor, a wee outside and then boom: bed :)

This is Fidgets moogie here! As its international women's day, I want to give a massive shout out to this little lady. I truly owe her everything: from her teaching herself to be my assistance dog after my stroke, to her pushing me to be the best trainer I can be: we had 11 years of doing demos: I had to change jobs due to Midges allergies! (She was sensitive to the dust) and I have never looked back! I started Fidgets Spinners because of her. And, despite losing her best friend Diefer, and she also lost Fletcher (she adored that puppy!) Turbo is tolerated! All in all, I owe Fidget absolutely everything, I love this little girly to pieces, and I am NOT afraid to admit it! Rock on Squiggy you absolute star!

Mum hired us an off lead field today! She had to remove the poles from the jumps as I love agility, and not allowed to jump anymore...BUT I can do the dog walk, and I loved it!!

Mum was making herself a drink with a fresh squeezed lemon..(she has a cold)....we were fascinated.....nope, I didn't eat it as I couldn't figure out how......

This is me playing and doing some physio to help my muscles.....yes I tell mum off LOADS but my tail never stops wagging ;) Us older dogs do still enjoy to learn new things and play: we may just be a little slower, but we still love you as much h as we did when we were puppies!!

Our donation has been sent! Thankyou all for your support! Dog rescues work so hard to help dogs like me who find themselves in the pound. It costs a fortune for heating, lighting, food, vet bills.....do help them if you can. They are an absolute lifeline for those of us who have no-one. ###
