I have cared for all Pets Grande&Petite for over 20 years.
Upon gaining my HND qualifications in Veterinary Animal care; the course entailed,/Behaviour, Nutrition, Welfare, Husbandry, Zoological work and Veterinary care.
I have also gained the knowledge and experience of rescue work for over 20 years, which i find amazingly rewarding.
When i can, i volunteer, or help in anyway i can at my local rescue centre for dogs&horses.
I have set up my own Dog group named ‘Canine Chronicles’ which is doing really well in raising funds to donate to 2 Rescues per month.
‘Beautiful Pets Grande and Petite’ now have their own personal secure field for the dogs to have zoomie-doomies in, with fun activities within our field for them to enjoy.
This makes a huge difference to know we all have somewhere that is safe and secure.
I am also undergoing more courses on 'Canine Psychology,Behaviour, and Training' this year.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
Booking
A booking form must be fully completed before any pets can be taken care of regard ‘Pet House Sitting’ by Beautiful Pets Grande & Petite.
Fees
A booking fee of 35% of total on acceptance of your pets care by BPG&P.
Cheques must be cleared before you leave your pets with BPG&P.
Any service over 3 miles will incur a mileage allowance of 45p per mile
Charges and Payments
Any charges listed below shall be payable by the owner on collection of their pets; unless otherwise agreed by BPG&P.
Any special charges authorised in advance.
Any veterinary charges incurred by BPG&P for the benefit of the owners pets.
Owners Responsibilities
The owner hereby agrees and undertakes with BPG&P that she/he shall obide with their pets having:
Full up to date vaccinations.
Full up to date worming and Flea treatment.
Their dogs are not aggressive or have attacked any human or other animal. If your dogs bite a human, other animal, become uncontrollable, BPG&P hold the right to re-home your dogs for the duration of their stay.
All information in the booking form is to be true.
Unforseen circumstances can occur, BPG&P accept these happenings and with the owners consent are happy to continue care for their pets in the likely event; at additional costs, to be paid in full upon collection. Owners failure to inform of any changes on the due date of collecting their pets, BPG&P reserve the right to terminate the agreement without further notice and re-home their pets by any reasonable means.
Payments/Cancellation Fees:
All Regular Dog Walks are now to be paid upfront by the Sunday at 10pm for the following weeks walks, due to too many clients not paying on time or not at all.
If monies are not present, then no walks for that week, if for 1 or 2 days per week of walks.
If more than 3 days walks, then the 1st 2 walks shall not be done under the 48 hours cancellation notice.
Any Non-Regular Dog Walks/Extra, shall now all be payable in advance due to walks being booked in, then cancelled at the last minute by clientale, which has led me to turning away other clients for their dog walks..
Any Pet House Sitting that is cancelled whereby the deposit has been paid, BPG&P shall hereby also retain the deposit due to loss of earnings from this booking already being taken by you, the clientale.
BPG&P appreciate your co-operation in these Terms and Conditions. We hope your pets have a fantastic play day/holiday in the company of Maria and Buzby her wonderful staffie.

Media Usage Guidelines
Upon clientale hereby agreeing to allow BPG&P to use photographs of their pets for any purpose of promotion for BPG&P; any photographs are then the property of BPG&P. BPG&P allows clients to use the photographs they have taken for their own personal use, i.e. for a canvas photograph, sharing with family and friends; as long as none of the photographs are being used for any other purpose.
BPG&P shall only use clients pets photographs in a professional manner, and BPG&P wishes all clients to respect this also..Any photographs belonging to BPG&P that are used in an unauthorised manner, legal action shall be pursued. Thank you for your understanding in this matter.
