These 2 need to get a room. It's feels like I've been a bit of spare part! Return of Theo, Beanies boyfriend. Easy dog to care for; well trained and a pleasure to take out. Beach walks, forest walk,field walks, and canal walks.

Return visit from Bronte. Beautiful lady. An ex puppy maker and you can see why, colouring and those eyes. Absolute sweatheart. A hit with the kids too. She really did come everywhere with us; Instow meals out and walks on the beach and tamar lakes.

So I can't eat any of them mum.....Beanie turning a few heads in season out and about pumpkin picking today. One dog broke free of their owner to track her down. Couldn't leave her at home, in the kitchen and on the lead, she's feeling rather sorry for herself😔

R.I.P Alfie Stacey. So sad to have had to said goodbye yesterday. You were the sweetest little dog; made yourself known with big dogs with your terrier charm;) but the sweetest. So gentle with a little Harrison, a baby Athelia and most recently baby Solomon. You loved a cuddle, you loved being loved and you were very much loved by everyone. From your family who adored you to every child and old lady that stopped in the street for a cuddle, you will be missed. ###

Family run business for family pet dogs. Unsure what next year will bring, but for now, your family dogs are welcome at Ruff Life Dog Care for short - or long-term stays. I only look after dogs from one household at a time, those with significant interaction with young children, and those who get on well with other dogs.
I have a secure paddock so your dog will have off lead time daily when perhaps they don't have the best recall to otherwise allow the opportunity. I'm nearly full for 2023, but don't hesitate to whatsapp me anytime to check if we can accommodate. Happy September folks x

Beanie is not allowed to normally get too close to Solomon, I worry he'll grab her hair, screech in her face or Beanie will accidently scratch him, but this morning she just lay down next to him and gate crashed the pic....my babies😍

Eli, Eli, Eli...what a gem. He's like the perfect therapy dog. I've never felt so calm. Well mannered, well behaved, relaxed, child friendly, cuddly and just sooo handsome. Come again soon buddy.

Pleasure to have handsome Theo again. I adore this boy and so does Beanie. Same training and trainer as Beanie and makes my life so easy. Just a joy to take out. Joined us for Daddy day at Sandymouth.

Family home for family dogs:) General update; I have and still am contemplating if and how I can continue caring for dogs within our home with a 5 year old now an additional little one. Clients dogs have always had my full attention during their stay; with the right dogs and continual supervision with a 5 yr old, they have thoroughly enjoyed their stay. However, throw a newborn in the mix and it changes everything! Let alone a 1yr old next yr!
My ability to have very young puppies is realistically not doable at this time as I cannot commit to the training and more frequent spurts of attention and stimulation needed. Nor can I house dogs that are not used to children.
I am this year open to considering dogs from homes with young children, dogs perhaps that little older (looking for a relaxed home) and ideally dogs that have reasonable leash walking. Longer bookings work well as they really do get the chance to become part of the family. I do have some dates left for the right pups so always ask and I'll always be completely transparent whether I can accommodate.

The best young handler when mummy is struggling to walk. Thank you Athelia. Think I've lost my two fav girls to each other. Athelia can get her to heel, sit, lie down, leave, hold, stay, stop, dig! Come back and retrieve...she's 5....im so impressed with both of them.
