NEUTER NOVEMBER!
Through November we are running a scheme for reduced cost neutering for cats. The scheme is available to those receiving Universal Credit or Housing Benefit, Pension Credit, ESA or JSA. Proof of benefit will be required on booking.
The cost will be £60 per cat, including a collar and post operative pain relief.
Male cats should ideally be at least 1.2kg and females at least 1.5kg in weight.
Please call 01947 820333 to book your cat’s surgery.

Please note the Cats Protection Neutering Vouchers have been withdrawn nationally.
Farmers are still able to apply directly to Cats Protection for neutering vouchers.

Another scheme available to those receiving benefits is with the RSPCA who offer £40 towards the cost to neutering. Owners should apply directly to RSPCA and this voucher can’t be used in conjunction with other vouchers.

🚨 New Law Alert! 🚨

The Pet Abduction Act 2024 is officially in place, making stealing a cat or dog a criminal offence. 🐶🐱

Until now, pet theft was treated as property theft under the Theft Act 1968. But pets are so much more than property—they're family! 💔 This new law finally recognises the emotional impact of losing a beloved pet.

⚖️ Under the new Act, pet theft is now a specific crime, with penalties of up to 5 years in prison and/or a fine. Police are now required to separately record pet theft cases, ensuring they get the attention they deserve. 🙌
