🐾To everyone who has a December appointment with me for your pup 🐾
I have done my absolute best to fit everybody in before Christmas but this means I am literally back to back with appointments through December so to help things run smoothly for me..
🐾If you are paying via bank transfer - bank transfers must be sent before coming to pick your dog back up; I have absolutely no time to chase any payments over Christmas (plus I don’t think it’s fair to have to chase money owed once I’ve completed the service)
🐾if your dog is unwell - please do not just attend your appointment if your dog is poorly as this will then put other dogs at risk (including mine)
🐾if you’re unable to attend or your dog doesn’t need a groom - please let me know in plenty of time as I still have people waiting for appointments and I can offer them that appointment in your place
🐾Please arrive on time and pick up on time - my schedule is a lot busier this time of year so late drop offs may result in being turned away or not being able to give a full grooming service as this will put me behind for everybody else that day. I will message usually 10-15 mins before your dogs groom is complete and give you an estimate on drop off of how long your dog will be with me, please be aware of the time and please don’t go too far when your dog is with me as I’m 1-1 and this again puts me behind for the day
🐾Messages - I will be trying to check my messages throughout the day but please be aware I am working early mornings-late nights including my weekends so my replies will definitely be delayed
🐾If you are unsure of your appointment date or time please message me and I can send a confirmation
Thankyou all again so much for keeping me so busy all year round. This will be my 4th Christmas at the dog shed and many of you returning this December have been with my from my first Christmas here 💞 I truly appreciate you all for the support ❤️
