Cancellation Policy

Cancel for free upto 48hours before appointment. Otherwise, will be charged 50% of the service price for late cancellations or 100% for not showing up. Appiontment will be classed as a not showing up after 15 minutes of orginal time slot.

All future appointments will only be booked once the booking fee has been received.
Booking fee 50% of grooming price if 1 appiontment missed
100% if 2 or more appointments are missed.
(Reminder is sent the day before groom)

She's taken him in the groom room got everything ready, and the chair so she can turn on and off the shower. Rex doesn't look impressed, though 🤣
