What a week it’s been! ❄️🚗

Today was another tricky day with the snow and ice making some roads impossible to navigate. Kathryn and I did our very best to get to as many appointments as we could, but unfortunately, we had to rearrange a few for everyone’s safety.

I just wanted to say a heartfelt thank you to all of our clients for being so understanding and kind. It’s never easy to change plans, and we know how important these visits are, but your patience and thoughtfulness have made all the difference.

Your support means the world to us, especially on challenging days like this. Stay warm and give your furry friends a cuddle from us! 🐾💜

What a day! ❄️🚗💨

With snow falling and icy roads making things tricky, Rachel and I have been out and about visiting our lovely clients and their pets. The weather did slow us down, and we ended up running behind, but I just wanted to say a massive thank you to everyone for being so patient with us today. Your kindness and understanding truly mean the world to us. 💜

Seeing your wonderful pets and being welcomed into your homes makes all the challenges of days like this so worthwhile. We’re so lucky to have such incredible clients (and their four-legged friends, of course)! 🐾

As we step into 2025, I just want to take a moment to reflect on what an incredible, emotional, and humbling year 2024 has been. 🐾

Caring for your pets—your family—has been the greatest privilege. The trust you place in us, inviting us into your homes during some of the most joyful and, at times, heartbreaking moments, means more than words can ever express.

We’ve shared wagging tails and soft purrs, laughter at the silly antics of your furry companions, and yes, tears too. For those we’ve had to say goodbye to this year, your strength and the love you showed in those final moments will stay with us forever. Being there to help, to support, and to share in that vulnerability has been profoundly moving.

The love and warmth we’ve received from our clients—and their incredible pets—has been overwhelming. It’s a connection that goes far beyond what any post could truly capture, and for that, I am endlessly grateful.

Thank you for letting us care for your beloved family members and for being such an important part of ours. Here’s to a new year filled with love, kindness, and hope. ❤️
