Tilly

I first met Tilly the Cockapoo before Xmas for her first consultation and she had her first teeth clean last weekend and her second today. Although not a huge change, just look at the difference in the thickness of the Tartar after just one session

Tilly is the model client, she sits super chilled and is so patient.

First time I met Alfie, he pinned me down on his sofa and kissed me to death, he came last weekend for his first teeth clean, unfortunately he left and had decided he was no longer my best pal. He doesn’t like his teeth being cleaned 😢 AT ALL, he did give me a paw though so he doesn’t dislike me that much….

You can’t help but love him, he’s such a vocal big softie ❤️ he is adorable

I am now clipping nails as well as teeth cleaning, I know how hard it is for many non groomed dogs to get their nails cut at a grooming salon, so I have decided to add this service.

Just look at how bad this tooth is 😳

This is a rather extreme example of what can happen from dental neglect 😪

Believe it or not this tooth fallen out during a dog grooming session!!! Yes you read that right!

We had been speaking to the client on a number of occasions that their dog needed to see a vet about its teeth as the dog was far beyond being an Emmi-pet client due to the level of dental deterioration 🦷

Sadly for the dog the client did not seek veterinary advice for the teeth. It was during a grooming session whilst rubbing shampoo into the dogs muzzle in the bathtub this rather rotten looking molar popped out much to our surprise!! 😲

Now I imagine this must have been a huge relief for the dog who must have been in allot of pain with this decayed tooth, but really it should never have gotten to this point in the first place ❌️

Thought I would introduce the Doggy Dental Care dogs to those of you who don’t know me.

Lincoln is a 10 month old Chocolate F1 Cockapoo and Pippa is Fox red F1 Cockapoo and she is 18 months old, although when you see them together you would think Lincoln is the oldest, he is huge compared to Pips (he does have 👀 I promise, they are just so dark and he is due his groom in a week or so ✂️)

Pippa loves cuddles and belly rubs and Lincoln loves chewing our hall carpet and jumping all over visitors 🤦🏽‍♀️😩

Both are crazy but we wouldn’t have them any other way 🤔🤣❤️

❓At what age can I use the emmi-pet for my dogs❓

Optimum dental care for dogs starts at a young age at best: regular and conscientious dental care is recommended to effectively prevent tartar in dogs. Even though puppies usually have bright white teeth, it is advisable to get used to dental care in a playful way already at puppy age. The emmi-pet ultrasonic toothbrush is particularly appropriate for this purpose due to its silent and vibration-free operation

❓What are the reasons for bad breath of dogs ❓
