****Ticketing Policy****
Adult (18 and over) - £3.00
Child (Age 5 and above) - £1.50
Family Discount (of 4 – 6 ) - £7.50
Please note refunds will dependent upon circumstance and situation and granted at Athena Events discretion. A refund will not be granted for dissatisfaction with the event provided the event has provided what was stated/advertised. In the event that the Family Eggstravaganza is cancelled mid-way through on event day, refunds will only be issued if this is due to; severe adverse weather conditions or a major incident, and this will be at Athena Events discretion to grant this. All children at the event are the responsibility of their parent/carer/or adult (aged 18 and above) supervising them, no child ticket can be purchased without the purchase of an adult ticket. Any behaviour at the event that the organiser may deem unsuitable or inappropriate shall incur removal from the event premises and the inability to re-enter.
*****Terms and Conditions of Entrance******
All attendees are to please note that the venue is a non-smoking area and this is a non-alcoholic event. Any guests found smoking or consuming alcohol will be asked to leave. Additionally no pets are allowed on the premises, the only exceptions are for registered guide dogs. Attendees are reminded that they are responsible for the care of their own property and leave it unattended at their own risk. All food and drink (consumables) at the event are to be labelled clearly with regards to their ingredients, attendees are responsible to consume food in accordance with any allergies that they may have and the event organiser holds no responsibility to any allergic reactions that may occur due to failure to check this. This includes the petting zoo, attendees are advised to participate at their own risk if they are aware they have animal allergies and hold all responsibility for their actions. Furthermore guests are required to wash hands before and after entry to the petting zoo, we are not responsible for any illness they may occur due to failure to comply.
