Monthly Sound Bath at St Peters Church Wi******er.
Last Friday of every month.

Experience the healing and mediative benefits of sound at the monthly Group Relaxation Sound Bath held within the beautiful setting of Milner Hall St Peters Church Wi******er.

Led by Phil (Ecology of Sound), trained with the British Academy of Sound Therapy (BAST) the Sound Bath uses Himalayan bowls, Gongs and Crystal Bowls to create a deeply relaxing soundscape allowing minds and bodies to relax and heal at a physical, mental, emotional and spiritual level.

The BAST method has been scientifically proven to reduce stress and chronic pain. Sound Baths are perfect for those who have always wanted to be able to meditate but either haven't got the time or the patience. Sound reduces our brain frequencies, resets our nervous system, reducing stress and anxiety allowing restoration to begin.
