I would like to introduce the newest member of the family- soot 🦔 (full name soot sprite, named after the little sprites in my fave ghibli move spirited away as she looks like one 😆). She’s a tiny 8week old hoglet who already has quite the personality and is settling in very well. I can’t wait to spend time with her and coco as my little recovery buddy after my operation that’s coming up. I know that bubbles and Pom Pom will be watching over her and show her all the Hoggy ways🐾🥰😍

Lost Then Found
I would like to give a whole hearted thank you to lost then found. After my beautiful Pom passed I was at a loss and still am grieving. but speaking to such a kind, wholesome and animal loving lady like myself really helped. Once the call ended I felt a bit better and had a few ideas to help me not forget Pom but start living again with her in my heart always, with bubbles my first hog of course ! ☺️

I’m saddened to say that my beautiful Pom pom passed away on Monday. Pom Pom brought so much joy to me, friends and family. She was so strong willed and truly a fighter. her favourite food was flame grilled chicken and would love snuggling me in bed when she wasn’t going 100mph on her wheel. After being diagnosed with cancer last year and having a big operation to remove the lump she got better and it gave us more time together, but eventually it was too much for her little body. Over the weekend her health declined and I cuddled her all Sunday night and Monday morning on a hot water bottle in my arms. Eventually she started closing her eyes so I kept stroking and hugging her reassuring her it’s ok. She peacefully slipped away in my arms Warm, safe and loved at home. I’m beyond devastated but relived that she now can have her well deserved rest and run around in the garden in hoggy heaven with my wonderful bubbles. Not a day goes by where I don’t think of them both🦔🐾🥺xx
