Just wanted to give a massive shout out to the amazing Kate Simpson from Kate Simpson Equine Photography
Kate came out to do a photography session with my two gorgeous dogs and a friends dog. My old girl Gypsy is poorly with cancer, so these photos were to make some fantastic memories. Kate captures the individual personalities, she picks the perfect backdrop for the photos, the quality of the photos are amazing, the no stress approach, the quiet, kind and gentle manner she has around the dogs and the overall professionalism means that I would not hesitate to highly recommend her!
If you want to get fantastic, professional photos of your dog, then get in contact with Kate, She is IMO the best dog photographer in the area!!!!

💜🐶💜Are you thinking of adopting an imported dog? 💚🐶💚

Lots of rescue dogs are now imported from abroad for rehoming in the UK 🇬🇧

Adopting one of these dogs is becoming increasingly popular.

Dogs imported from Southeast Europe are at increased risk of canine brucellosis and we would advise assuming that these dogs are positive until tests indicate otherwise.

Canine brucellosis is a sexually transmitted disease in dogs that may spread to other parts of the body causing problems such as back issues. In 40% of cases there are no signs that the dog is infected. Canine brucellosis is spread in semen or vaginal discharges of an infected dog. Smaller amounts of bacteria 🦠 may also be found in the dog’s urine or saliva. Because Brucella has a small chance of causing severe human disease and can infect other dogs we recommend dogs are tested, preferably prior to adoption or at least shortly afterwards.

Common countries where there is increased risk include:

• Romania • Albania • Bosnia and Herzegovina • Bulgaria • Croatia • Greece • Kosovo • Moldova • Montenegro • Serbia

I wear yellow because I have arthritis and it hurts.
I don't want other dogs to jump on me or bump into me when they're playing.
Giving me space makes me feel safer and more confident, so I can enjoy my walks without fear of pain.
