Hi please re read this as I have had 6 last minute cancellations / no shows in the last 7 days with each person refusing to pay the fee, this is seriously affecting my business especially this time of year!

Unfortunately I get many last minute cancellations or no shows to appointments, when this happens I have very little time to fill it. Often I am unable to do so, therefore a charge is added when this happens. I understand things happen and life gets in the way but when I’m not made aware of this with more than 24hours notice it really affects my small business.
Please note that each day is planned with a time slot to suit your dog and trying to find a similar dog that will take that same amount of time isn’t always possible, this is why like many small businesses I have cancellation/ no show policy’s in place.
