P. S yes Knox is now only about an inch smaller than Talia and he's only 5.5 months old 🙈 He's my little Christmas Donkey 😂

Just a polite reminder of my lateness policy. After 15 minutes we will have to reschedule your appointment. We are only a small business and we don't like to do this as then it means we've also lost out on income. I've had alot of people ask us "why it's only 15 minutes." but we can get ALOT done in those 15 minutes and usually at drop off clients tell me any issues which then adds more time from 5-10 minutes. It then puts me behind on my next dog and all the rest following which means it puts their day out too, it effects collecting the children from school and means we have to work later into the evening. I completely understand sometimes things happen out of our control and sometimes lateness can't be helped but recently I'm seeing alot of lateness or worse no shows after a client has confirmed their appointment the day before and its really disheartening when we could have offered that space to clients waiting for an appointment who could have had that space instead. Imagine if every client turned up late or didn't show up at all it would have a big impact on our business/income and I would be working until midnight! Reminders are not compulsory I do this if I have time (or not if I have lots of lateness) sorry I've had to post this, it's just reality and so everyone can understand why our policy is in place 😊

Wishing you all a happy and healthy New year 🎉 here's to you all 🥂 Thankyou all for your custom and support over this year we truly appreciate it! Puppy Cuteness... Yes big boy Bruce is a puppy 😍 At 8 months he's still got ALOT of growing. We absolutely adore this big softy and he smashed his 1st ever pamper. Cannot wait to watch him grow 💕

I get asked alot about which vets I would reccomend. I have been to a few different vet practices over the years but oh my word this one went above and beyond! I took my girlie for her annual vaccinations and I've never been here before but the vet Vikki was amazing. Usually I feel rushed at a practice but here wasn't the case at all. She gave me so much useful information but the most important thing was how she was with Talia. She made her feel so relaxed, fed her treats, played ball with her and ofcourse snuggles. 100% best vets ive been to and I won't be going else where now.

A well behaved puppy doesn't exist.... But here he is 😍 Bobby was absolutely amazing for his first ever pamper session. Too cute this boy is, took everything in his stride but I really don't know how I managed to get a photo 😂 he just wanted to be on my knee. See you soon gorgeous boy 😘

Puppy puppy puppy😍💕 These puppies owners are amazing! They have brought their pups at an early age which is essential for young dogs to gain confidence for the grooming experience. Meet Sylvanas (Sylvie for short) the minature dachund. She came for just a snuggle as she's not old enough to go on the floor yet. Her mummy brought her to meet us and hear some of the sounds she will expect for grooming. Next Bodi the cavapoo. His mummy likes him short all over especially when we had a heat wave. He loved his visit and even helped to clean up (or attack the brush 🤣) lastly little Bear also known as Gizmo to his mummy 🤣 he came for a little tidy up especially around his eyes as he couldn't see. Now he can see properly he's back to causing mischief with his sisters 🤣💕

This girl is amazing!! Bonnie had her very 1st pamper and smashed it. She was a little timid with the hair dryer at first but with cuddles and reassurance she gained confidence and let me dry everywhere. Such a pretty girlie & super kissy. See you soon beaut 😘

This Boy 😂 This is Chip and he is hilarious!! He likes to get the water going down the drain, takes his ball everywhere including the bath and blow dry. But try to get an after photo he's like no thanks 😂😂
