🐾 Welcome Olive! 🐾
Miss Olive, the Cypriot Rescue pup has joined us for a top-up stay to help work through some newly developed unwanted behaviours 💛
Olive is underlying really quite fearful and therefore has a variety of triggers that can quickly overwhelm her. She tends to bark, lunge, and sometimes redirect onto her owner when frustrated.
Her family would love to enjoy varied walks with her, followed by relaxing in a quiet pub, but at the moment, they’re limited to secluded areas and early mornings to manage her reactivity.

By working in a new environment with fresh insights and techniques, we can break those old patterns down and start to build new, calmer behaviours without the associations she has at home.
Once those foundations are in place, it’s much easier for her family to continue the progress together.
Over the next few weeks, we’ll be:
• 🐾 Helping her build confidence and pass people and dogs calmly on the lead
• 🐕 Strengthening Olive’s food motivation so she can focus, even when aroused
• 🌳 Introducing her to new walk environments with carefully managed distractions
We’re excited to support Olive on the next stage of her journey – she’s such a sweet girl, and we can’t wait to see her confidence grow! 🩷
