2️⃣ Measure your boot space – Check the height, width, and depth of your boot and compare it with the crate dimensions listed online.
3️⃣ Remember adjustability! – VarioCages are telescopic, meaning you can adjust the depth for a perfect fit.
4️⃣ Consider your dog’s size – Use our Dog Size Guide to find the ideal height and type of crate for your breed.

We sometimes get asked why a crate has started to make noises. 🐾

Don’t worry! It’s often something simple! Here’s what to do 👇

1️⃣ Empty the crate completely.
2️⃣ Make sure it’s standing on a flat, even surface.
3️⃣ Check that your dog hasn’t “tasted” (chewed) the rubber parts on the side bars.
4️⃣ Ensure the crate isn’t under pressure and that the roof doesn’t extend beyond the floor.
5️⃣ Ask someone to sit in the back seat and record when you hear the sound.
6️⃣ Gently move different parts of the crate to pinpoint where the noise is coming from.

Once you’ve done this, send your video to [email protected], our team will help you get it sorted quickly and safely.
