Beautiful Pippin who went home yesterday after a very dramatic and worrying week for her owner and all of the team. We’re pleased to say she is on the mend, and it’s no doubt that the blood products she received helped save her life. Get well soon Pippin!

My Sister-in-law found this dog. It is chipped but the people at the number called deny knowledge. They say the number must be incorrect. The number is at an RH8 postcode so sharing here just in case anyone recognises the poor thing.

We are appealing for witnesses after a woman was assaulted in Caterham on Saturday 11 November between 12.00am and 12.30am.

Police were made aware of an allegation of assault, where a man followed a women walking along Croydon Road and proceeded to grab her hip, pulling her towards him.

We believe that a silver car driving past witnessed the assault and stopped to assist where the passenger got out and shouted at the suspect. The suspect then fled the scene in an unknown direction.

The suspect is described as a White man, over 6ft tall with straight blond hair and was wearing a dark coloured top.

We are appealing to anyone who may have more information but are especially looking to speak to the occupants of the silver car that stopped at the scene.

Tandridge Borough Commander, Lyndsey Whatley, said: “I appreciate this is a concerning incident. I can assure you that enquiries are being completed to try and identify the suspect. Local officers have been in the area completing extensive house to house and CCTV enquiries. The local team will continue to complete increased patrols in the area during the hours of darkness.”

Were you in the area at this time, did you witness the assault or have any CCTV or Dashcam footage? If you have any information which could assist with our investigation please contact us quoting PR\45230128585.

Today's good news story.

This is Shiva the Leonberger. Many of you may recognise her, as her face and her owners face have been plastered all over the media as one of the 8 dogs seized following the incident in which a young dog walker sadly lost her life.

The case was finally heard today at court and we can now finally confirm publicly that Shiva had NO Involvement in the death of the victim. Despite how the media portrayed it and continually speculated in their stories. Shiva was in fact innocent of any involvement.

Shiva was still given a control order because she jumped up at a passer by causing a scratch. This is still legally classed as being dangerously out of control.

Prosecution had asked for a lead and muzzle order on several of the dogs but thanks to the barrister the court agreed to a lead order only for Shiva.

We ask everyone to please remember a young lady sadly lost her life and our thoughts and prayers go out to her family.

We also hope the media after their speculative and bias reporting at least now print the truth and offer an apology to Shivas mum whose business and personal life suffered because of this.

Many thanks to Shiraz the barrister representing today and Pamela Rose barrister advising throughout.
