Morning, hope everyone is well! As you can understand this is a busy time of the year and obviously an expensive one! I can't afford for people not to turn up to appointments with no or little notice as I can't fill that space. I need at least 72 hours notice. For same day cancellations there is a full charge for the appointment that has been missed.
